The Introduction of the Special Issue

Prob-Food Science Research special issue is proposed to address food processing technologies and their impact of food quality and preservation. Currently, a number of food scientists are working on different novel and traditional processing techniques to enhance the products quality as well as shelf life. The special issue will invite the researchers across the globe to publish their findings in this special issue.

All papers should be submitted via the Probe-Food Science Research submission system:

Submitted articles should not be published or under review elsewhere. All submissions will be subject to the journal’s standard peer review process. Criteria for acceptance include originality, contribution, scientific merit and relevance to the field of interest of the Special Issue.
