Abstract


As the world undergoes unprecedented changes in a century, the International situation is also evolving at an accelerated pace. At a time when digitalization and intelligence are highly developed, it is all the more important for countries to close humanistic exchanges and promote mutual appreciation of civilizations through global communication.
