Research on the management of innovation driven enterprises

Abstract

Since China’s reform and opening up, the economy and science and technology have developed in an all-round way.
Enterprises need to strengthen the innovation of enterprise management in order to better face the changing market environment and
enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises if they want to stand fi rm in the fi erce market competition. In view of this, this paper studies
the management of innovation driven enterprises, deeply understands the connotation, signifi cance and main content of innovation driven,
and combined with the actual situation, puts forward reasonable management countermeasures, so as to promote the long-term and stable
development of enterprises and occupy a favorable position in the fi erce market competition. At the same time, it also provides certain
reference value for other related theoretical researchers.
