Planetary Health - Forest Fires in Chongqing

Hanying Huang, Amy Hickman

Abstract

The World Health Organization introduced planetary health concept. That is, the planet's health is inextricably linked to human health. The recent spate of forest fires is a warning to take action against climate warming. This study explores the relationship between forest fires and human health and summarizes health promotion's role in forest fires in Chongqing from the perspective of the Ottawa Charter.
