The Introduction of the Special Issue Probe - Botany is an international Open Access journal which aims to communicate to its readers, state-of-the-art technologies and methods on Botany. The journal welcomes original researches, reviews and important applications of Botany. We publishes peer-reviewed, innovative, significant research of interest to a wide audience of scientists in all areas of plant biology (e.g., biodiversity, structure, function, development, genetics, evolution, reproduction, systematics), all levels of organization (molecular to ecosystem), and all plant groups and allied organisms (cyanobacteria, algae,fungi, and lichens).

The Lead Guest Editor Dr. Leonardo Ramos Seixas Guimaraes Graduated in Biological Sciences at Methodist University Izabela Hendrix (2004), Master (2010) and PhD (2014) in Plant Biodiversity and Environment at the Institute of Botany. Has knowledge in Botany, sub-areas External Morphology, Plant Taxonomy and Systematics. He was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Botany, Federal University of Parana. |
