The Introduction of the Special Issue

This Special Issue of Probe - Animal Science which is an online Open Access journal aims to publish cutting edge research articles on Animal health technology with emphasis on disease diagnosis, management, nutrition and health. The goal of the editorial board and her team is to highlight the challenges in disease diagnosis and managements, and exposition of exciting new tools and  technologies which impacts on the disease, diagnosis and health. The journal probes into the field of animal disease, diagnosis, nutrition and health by intersecting and publishing interesting Major review articles, case reports, research and original articles by experts which highlights application of contemporary/ emerging animal diseases, diagnostics, nutrition and health. It is our desire to take our readers along with us on this exciting journey. It is will be exciting to sincerely collaborate with our reviewers and readers to make Probe Animal Science a reliable source of scientific information on animal disease diagnosis, management, nutrition and health for improved animal welfare and production.

Submitted articles should not be published or under review elsewhere. All submissions will be subject to the journal’s standard peer review process. Criteria for acceptance include originality, contribution, scientific merit and relevance to the field of interest of the Special Issue.

Eze, Chinedu Athanasius was born in Upata Lejja, Nsukka 1964.He received his Doctor of Philosophy, University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2008. Appointed as an internal assessor, academic staff promotion to the rank of professor by University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2017.Re-appointed Adjunct Professor, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umuduke, Abia State in 2018.Also appointed as an external assessor, academic staff promotion to the rank of professor by Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2018.
