The Introduction of the Special Issue

Probe- Geology and Mining Research is an interdisciplinary journal covering  research topics to problems faced in geology and Mining related areas. It is  an international journal that fosters innovative solutions to the day to day  problems faced in practice of geology and mining fields  such as; drilling and blasting in both surface and underground mines, Mining rock mechanics; soil mechanics;Tunneling and trenches excavations; Mine openings ground control; Mine mechanisation, Automations; Slope stability in surface mines, Mine economics and mine developments and production; Material handlings. The focus of this journal is to ensure authors and readers worldwide tap intimately into the dynamics of geology and mining principles in geology and Mining.

Submitted articles should not be published or under review elsewhere. All submissions will be subject to the journal’s standard peer review process. Criteria for acceptance include originality, contribution, scientific merit and relevance to the field of interest of the Special Issue.
