In view of this problem, the researchers point out that by doing a good job in the development and implementation of fisheries, it is conducive to the full satisfaction of the supply and demand of aquatic products in China. It has good guiding value for the development of economy and the improvement of people's quality of life. However, at present, a large number of data show that the comprehensive literacy of fishery talents in China is relatively low, which leads to a certain degree of limitation of fishery development.
