The Introduction of the Special Issue The aim of this Special Issue on "Recent Advances in Intelligent Computing" is to stimulate the development of cutting-edge research in Intelligent Computing. Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming an attractive area of research. The main objective of this special issue is to raise intensive attention on the state-of-the-art research advancement in this innovative area. We solicit novel contributions related to computational intelligence, pattern recognition, image processing, and soft computing including neural networks, fuzzy systems and applications.

The Lead Guest Editor Felix Obite Felix Obite received his Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 2012. He recently obtained his M.Eng degree in Electrical Electronics and Telecommunication from the prestigious Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2017. He is currently undergoing his PhD degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He has research interests in cognitive radio, 5G massive MIMO systems, nanoelectronic devices (carbon nonotubes & graphene), biosensors and applications, wireless communications, optical access networks, and next generation nanoscale devices. |
