Professor Ir. Ts. Dr. Sivarao Subramonian was the Founding Director of UTeM Commercialization Centre (UCC) nurturing high impact innovation, intellectual property, and commercialization of research and R&D output since 2014 to 2019His vast research experience in managing high impact innovations, intellectual properties and commercialization has led him into corporate world to consult, educate, motivate and handhold in achieving the organization goals. Sivarao has served various public and private organizations since 1991 involving areas related to the field of mechanical & manufacturing engineering. The eye opening of why and how industries should be helped-out in a very different way has been inspired by his German Coach. Since then, Sivarao seriously embarked on critical innovation-talent-research attributes in making everyone to excerpt the best within them to achieve their dreams. To date, he has published hundreds of scientific publications globally where, he is also part of the editorial & reviewer board member for more than 30 reputable international journals. He holds total of 20 patents, which few of them had been successfully commercialized. He has delivered a keynote speech at Berlin, Germany sharing of his world class futuristic research.
