Shaohua Yanng is a currently PhD candidate at Universiti Sains Malaysia His PhD research topic is about increasing Chinese revisit intention to New Zealand: a behavioural analysis of Chinese outbound tourists. His current research interests lie in cross-cultural communication, marketing of higher education, destination image, tourist behaviour, self-congruency and destination personality. Before moving to Malaysia, Shaohua Yang worked at education organisation and tourism industry for several years in New Zealand. Additionally, he has gained his Undergraduate Diploma in Applied Management from Otago Polytechnic and gained his Master of Management from Toi ohomai Institute of Technology in New Zealand. Within his academic journey, he has published a variety of international journals and international conferences. Currently Shaohua Yang serve as an reviewer at several international journals. He is also appointed as an editorial member.
