Abstract

【Objective】The microbial activity is the main cause of food corruption. It is of great significance to study the regulation mechanism of food spoilage bacteria for ensuring food quality and safety. Pseudomonas fluorescens is a representative spoilage bacteria in food.RNASelectivity of PolymeraseSigmaFactorRposThe role of Pseudomonas fluorescens in the Process of corruption.
